Spare Parts
The long service life of our various plants is among other achieved with swift and competent spare parts supply.
We process all spare parts orders through our central spares department at our head offices in Austria. For certain strategic parts and materials we offer a special service on request to keep stock in our stores. Interchangeability of parts and shortest possible delivery are among our main concerns.
Training
Training of customer's O + M staff is carried out by our competent engineers during plant installation and commissioning, including class room sessions if required. Additional training during routine plant operation and O + M assistance can be arranged on request.
Service and service visits
From our head office we offer telephone and remote service assistance during office hours, with our team of program / software engineers.
Regular or random service visits, to assist with shutdown work, modifications, optimisation etc. is coordinated from our service department at head offices in Austria.
