Log Eye
Reliable tracking system by laser-based depth measurement for log ID scan with perfect readability. Even poorly readable log ID's or log ID's with restrictions like dust, dirt, log colour and light conditions are successfully processed by the Hertwich imaging system.
Laser Printer
Depending on the application 100 W or 200 W lasers are used to print text, 2D matrix codes and bar codes on aluminium surfaces. The Hertwich laser printer is fully compliant with safety standards. Common information is printed within 7 seconds (25 characters, matrix code and logo).
Pintype Speed
The marking unit works similar to a needle type paper printer for marking of aluminium products with a smooth, cut surface. Various types are available from 24 characters up to 70 characters per unit. Marking time will be less than 3 seconds.
